Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please e-mail us first, if you wish to return the publication.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do our utmost in packaging to avoid damage by our delivery partner (PostNL) during shipping. We only replace items, if they are damaged during transport. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email including documentation of the damage at hi@project-raccogliere.com first. We will contact you asap.
